Delivery Times
All our blinds are custom-made to your exact specifications. Please allow 10 working days for manufacturing and delivery.
Delivery Costs
- FREE delivery on all orders over R1,000
- R150 delivery fee for orders under R1,000
Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide throughout South Africa. Whether you're in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, or anywhere in between, we'll get your blinds to you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you tracking information via email. You can track your delivery and know exactly when to expect it.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. If you're not available, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
Delivery Tips
- Check your order immediately upon delivery
- Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours
- Keep packaging until installation is complete
- Store blinds flat in a dry place before installation
