Our Guarantee
All Blinds2Size products come with a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. This covers:
- Defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship
- Mechanical failures under normal use
What's Not Covered
Our guarantee does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation
- Damage from misuse or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect measurements (please measure carefully!)
- Changes in taste or preference
Custom-Made Products
As all our blinds are custom-made to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect measurements. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or defect
We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost if the item is found to be defective.
