Our blinds are custom-made to your specifications, so please allow 10 working days for manufacturing and delivery. We deliver nationwide and will contact you with tracking information once your order ships.
Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders over R1,000. For orders under R1,000, a delivery fee of R150 applies.
We have a comprehensive measuring guide on our website. For recess fitting, measure the width at three points (top, middle, bottom) and use the smallest measurement. For face fitting, measure the area you want to cover and add at least 50mm overlap on each side.
All our blinds are custom-made to your exact measurements, so we cannot accept returns for incorrect measuring. Please double-check your measurements before ordering, and contact us if you need any guidance.
Absolutely! All our blinds come with easy-to-follow installation instructions and all the hardware you need. Most customers complete installation in 15-20 minutes per blind with basic tools. Check out our How to Install guide for step-by-step instructions.
All our blinds come with a 3 year manufacturing guarantee against defects. This covers any issues with materials or workmanship but does not cover damage from improper installation or misuse.
Currently we do not offer samples, but our product images and descriptions accurately represent our products. If you have specific questions about colors or materials, please contact us.
We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments. Once you place your order, we will send you our banking details along with your quote confirmation.
Because our blinds are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
We currently focus on supplying quality blinds at the best prices, which means we do not offer installation services. However, our blinds are designed for easy DIY installation with our comprehensive guides.
